The service was awful and took way too long! They were out of the items we wanted. The staff seemed more interested in entertaining each other and chatting with their friends than actually serving customers. They were easily distracted by each other and the women in the restaurant. The staff was literally so so friendly. Each time they passed a customer they asked “how are you guys doing!?”. And when they were leaving with their food they said “Enjoy your meals and have an amazing night!” There was even a rude customer complaining and the staff member approached the situation with an amazing attitude Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

The food I tried received a score of 2; it simply didn't meet my expectations. The service, unfortunately, was even worse, earning a 1—staff seemed unresponsive and inattentive. The atmosphere was lacking as well, rating it a 2, with an overall vibe that didn’t feel inviting. The only dish I would consider recommending is the Soft Taco, which, while not exceptional, was decent enough to mention. Overall, it wasn’t a very enjoyable experience.
The burritos were delicious and large, and the drinks were fantastic—especially the Mountain Dew Baja and the Gatorade punch, which had a delightful cherry flavor. Everything was well-packaged, and the bag was securely taped. The order arrived in a timely manner.
Pizza was excellent with the red peppers but was not hot at all as was the ranch dressing with guacamole. very impressed. box was dented in the packing k assume but pizza was not damaged burritos excellent as always was the nachos bell grand . potatoes side sauce was good but didnt care for the way potatoes were cooked kind of dry would be great if you could make them like a tator tot. overall TB give you an A today 5 star . happy new year dasher was prompt and polite all was well as I like the fact that we have to sign.
I used to really enjoy Taco Bell because it was an affordable fast food option during my school days. However, in recent years, I’ve noticed that the prices have gone up, and the portion sizes have become quite small. I often find myself getting just a few pieces of lettuce, while the majority of my taco or burrito is mostly just an empty shell or wrap.
