First, the whole food is incredibly fr... read more I have eaten hundreds of times here, but after my last visit I felt compelled to give them a much deserved 5-star rating. First, the whole food is incredibly fresh, so tasteful and always served hot. We inaugurated on Saturday with our 2 years old twins and the server/host could not be more attentive and friendly. They made us welcome, smiled and went beyond and beyond to make it a great experience. Very recommended for families or date nights.

They get the trophy for music, price, atmosphere, and flavors. FOOD: I had the Pho sizzle with shrimp added, red oil dumplings, and a spiked bubble tea. A-May-Zing! The broth in the pho was no simple broth. There were layers of flavors and a nice balance between acidic, spicy, and fattiness. The extra red oil put it through the roof. Perfect noodles, veggies cooked to perfection. The grilled steak was excellent and the shrimp wonderful! My red oil dumplings were huge. Very filling I could've had them alone as a meal. The spiked bubble tea was refreshing. Atmosphere: They played an eclectic mix of different types of music. I heard wutang but with a jazzier beat. They played some pop but it seemed like a smoother beat. Played some RnB. Alot of the music seemed to be from the mid to late 90s up to current. Idk you'll just have to see for yourself. I loved it! There was a mix of genX and genZ in the room so the music was very fitting. It was pretty cool. Prices: The waitstaff was very nice and accommodating without being overbearing. You know what I mean.. when they ask if you're ok 20 times throughout your meal. Not at all.. She was very attentive. Popped over as soon as a cup was empty or the napkins ran out. The price matched the portions in my opinion. They were very generous in servings. I had food left to bring home. I highly recommend and I will most certainly be back!

The ceiling is decorated with hanging wooden chimes, enhancing the overall vibe. I would definitely come back to this place; I've visited several times, and during my most recent visit, I had pho that was absolutely delicious.

We stopped in on a week night in time for their happy hour and ordered too many bao buns, ramen and dumplings. First the bao buns. The Korean fried chicken buns were juicy and flavorful, and the pork belly buns were just as tasty. The mushroom dumplings were earthy and creamy, just a perfect compliment to the meal. And finally the spicy beef ramen, wow. I added corn to mine and it was very tasty. The interior is trendy the music is a little loud for my liking but not too bad overall. The service was great too very friendly and willing to talk you through the menu. I can't recommend trying Mecha enough. We'll definitely be back!

To some people, it is great, but to me it was horrible. Decibel volumes more than I can handle, crowded tables (with the guy next to me coughing and the child crying, etc) making me feel claustrophobic in a human Petri dish. And that blasting Rap Music made it hard to hear, although I could make out the lyrics...every other word of this so called music was f*cking this and N word that. So offensive and irresponsible especially with all those children present in the restaurant. I couldn't wait to finish my soup and get out of there! A word to management: some people find your choices offensive reconsider your choice of music, and shame on you. Lastly, this is supposed to be a Japanese Asian restaurant. But I didn't see one Asian person there; not in the kitchen, not serving, not waiting tables...nor any patrons...what's with that?

The second time, I ordered the Saigon Egg Rolls and the Classic Pho. The Saigon Egg Rolls ($9) are delicious and homemade, with a simple yet flavorful filling. The combination of salad, mint, and sauces make them a perfect appetizer to share or enjoy alone. The Classic Pho ($12) was served at a perfect temperature, not too hot. The noodles were well-cooked, but I was disappointed by the lack of beef compared to traditional pho dishes. However, I appreciated the option to add more noodles for an additional $2. The restaurant offers a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, making it a popular spot for pho and ramen lovers. The customer service was exceptional, with attentive servers who were quick to refill water and even charged my phone for me. Plus, they accept Apple Pay. Overall, I would give this restaurant a 5/5 rating.

The cocktail is made with Reposado tequila, mezcal, passion fruit, ginger, lime, and sea salt. I requested the bar tender add extra peppers to give the drink more of a kick! (And boy did it kick in all the right places! Let?s not forget about the presentation! Our bartender (Steph poured this mix over a single large ice cube topped with a cute rose bud garnish.
