I handed them $20, and my change was supposed to be $5.86, but they only gave me 86 cents and claimed they had given me the $5, which they clearly didn’t. The employees were very rude and disrespectful. I believe the manager should hold a team meeting or consider terminating some staff because this behavior is completely unacceptable.

I don't visit frequently, but whenever I do have a craving, I'm often told they're either out of chicken or that it's overcooked.
