I handed them $20, and my change was supposed to be $5.86, but they only gave me 86 cents and claimed they had given me the $5, which they clearly didn’t. The employees were very rude and disrespectful. I believe the manager should hold a team meeting or consider terminating some staff because this behavior is completely unacceptable.

Addit... read more I ordered KFC through Uber Eats and was informed they had been out of chicken since 7pm. How can a restaurant run out of the very item they’re famous for? Additionally, one of the female managers on the evening shift on July 26th was very rude. Whoever is responsible for hiring at this location should seriously reconsider the staff they employ.
