I used to love this restaurant the food was great. But I 'd always been helped by the younger staff. One day I came in on lunch with my friend and got the old man. Who was incredible rude the second we sat down. Because we had just arrived and sat down I suspect he may have been racist since we both had afros and had virtually no interaction other than asking about the beers, to which he said You can read . We were in the resturant for about 5 mins before we decided to just leave. We were polite and quiet. So the whole interaction still confuses me as to why he was upset with us. The younger staff is awesome but this interaction was so bad I don 't want the risk of him being one I have to deal with the next time I come in.

Excellent service.It was a Sunday afternoon, very slow, band was starting to setup.I took the family here and everyone enjoyed the foodIn regards the foodHad a beet salad I recommend.Chicken wings are so delicious, very recommended.Wife had frutti di mare and of course I had to try it. It was good, had black noodles that were something I have not seen before.I also tried the clam showder, it was so good. Bread is so soft and freshly made.And then bread pudding for dessert, it was served warm and it was so good. I was planning on bring some home but we finished it in no time :)Overall, great foodIn regards service, it was so great. Francisco greet us and recommended us some dishes to try and they didn't disappoint.I would definitely recommend to come try. Atmosphere is great, it is in downtown Fairfield, and you if luck you can have a nice street view.Parking: Plenty of parking back of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Bring the whole familyWheelchair accessibility: Ramp accessible front of street
