We come fairly regularly to this Subway and have been happy every time. The staff is friendly and courteous, the food is fresh (standard Subway, honestly). What Nihlmars doesn't like about Subway:
Brought my Dad in for lunch and the employee kept yelling at him because he couldn 't understand her fully. She got very aggressive/hostile and the overall experience was very unpleasant. Don 't shout at customers for not hearing too tay as turkey . Will not be back. View all feedback.

I got a toasted roast beef sandwich with assorted veggies and bbq sauce. It was fantastic. The drink station had a big central soda dispenser with a touchscreen and like 30 different sodas, along with fountains for sweet tea, lemonade, some other drink I forgot, and watermelon juice. Both the cashier and sandwich artist were friendly, and everything in the restaurant just seemed fresh and good.
I ordered from here via grubhub and ended up with the wrong order. Not long after realizing this, someone at the restaurant called me to say hey, your driver grabbed the wrong sandwich and asked for my address so they could bring me the right order themselves. The person got here within a few minutes and was super sweet. He apologized like 6 or 7 times and was just great. Things happen, I get that, no harm done! If I could give more than 5 stars I 100% would!
Someone hacked into my Subway App account and ordered like $80 of subs from the Fairfax, VA location. The address is 9559 Braddock Rd. Me, being shocked at my card being charged for $80 worth of subway sandwiches, called the store before the order could go through. My thought was, ?hmm I should call the store in an attempt to cancel?. Someone answered the phone and there was definitely an issue with us understanding each other. I tried to explain my issues to the gentleman but he did not understand at all. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me ?I just make sandwiches?. I know that the people at subway make sandwiches. He was probably rattled because a customer just placed an order for $80 WORTH OF SANDWICHES. If he would have calmed down and cancelled the order, he wouldn?t have had to make all those dang sandwiches. I tried reading my order number to him (which is C9947759-CB) and he repeated back to me a bunch of random numbers. I asked to speak with a manager and he said a lot of nonsense and then hung up on me. I?m filing a dispute with my bank, but it really would have been nice if the people running the Subway store in Fairfax, VA would have been any help at all. I live in Tennessee. They refused to help me and I really don?t appreciate it. I would expect more from someone who calls themself a sandwich artist.
