Starbucks - Fairfax

This restaurant is fantastic! It's clean and inviting. Janeth, who served me this morning, was polite, efficient, and friendly. I will definitely be returning!

I've observed that this Starbucks tends to charge me nearly $1 more for my iced coffee compared to other locations. I've brought this to the attention of the staff by showing them the pricing discrepancy on my app, but I haven't received any explanation. Because of this, I've decided to stop purchasing my drinks here and now prefer to walk to Dunkin Donuts instead.

I ordered my usual coffee Frappuccino, but the older gentleman at the counter kept insisting that I try something different from the menu. I had to clarify several times that I just wanted a plain Frappuccino, without any caramel drizzle or chocolate flavor. By the time I finally received my drink, it had completely melted and tasted like watered-down cream.

I don't understand why anyone would prepare food without wearing a hairnet.

I ordered a decaf cold brew, but unfortunately, it wasn't available. When I asked about decaf options, I found out that everything they had was served hot. It would be great if they could introduce a decaf cold brew to their menu. However, they kindly offered to blend the cold brew flavor I wanted into my hot drink. My order took about three minutes to prepare—not a very long wait, but still a little frustrating. On a positive note, the café has plenty of outlets and tables, making it a fantastic spot for remote work.
