These people were rude and yelled at us because we paid online and had another family member pick up the food.I asked the lady on the phone if my family member could pay when she arrived and she told me that I had to pay for the food via phone and I have her my card details.It's absolutely unfair to take my card info and then state that they don't take card info online.They hung up the phone when I called to explain... I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I truly believe that Pho Banh Mi and Grill offers some of the best food and service I've ever experienced. The owner personally came to greet us and was incredibly kind. His choice to use halal meat stems from a strong focus on cleanliness and a genuine concern for both the health of his customers and the ethical treatment of animals. I've tried pho at various places before, but I often encountered a fishy smell or taste that is completely absent here. This restaurant serves food of the highest quality and flavor, which I greatly appreciate. The portion sizes are also excellent, and I've always had plenty of leftovers after dining here.
I just had lunch at this restaurant, and it was fantastic! The pho is simmered for hours, resulting in a rich and flavorful broth. They use certified halal meat without any preservatives or hormones. The owner is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, showing a true dedication to providing a wonderful dining experience. If you're in search of authentic pho, this place is a must-visit!
The food was outstanding—definitely the best banh mi sandwich I've ever tasted. The customer service was exceptional, with the owner being warm, welcoming, and genuinely funny. This is my first time here. The restaurent is so clean and bautiful that I ate pho and went back and got my entire family to come eat. The staff are super friendly and professional. After finding this place for pho I will never have pho any where else. Because most other places are not clean.Vegetarian options: Great veggie options
