The food was delicious. The service was great. This was my first time eating Uyghur food. I had the laghman noodles. They were amazing. I'll definitely be back. Birds aren't real.

The lamb skew is very good, a bit pricey. Cold rice noodle (liang pi) tastes good, similar to what you can get from other liang pi store. Beef stew has good amount of beef, buns are super good, if having spicy option would be awesome.

Amazing flavors. Probably some of the best cold skin noodles I've had, the lamb kebab flavor is really really good. But like many of the reviews here have already said, the prices are a bit high for the portion sizes you're getting. It's hard to eat until satisfaction without spending a good amount of money, ~20-30 bucks or more. I'll be coming back for the cold skin noodles, but probably not often.

Free parking Small place came on a Saturday night only us. Ordered cold noodle wish it has more cucumber slices and some nuts topping. Overall it is ok. Pearl noodle has very little meat but for the price I guess it is normal? Water comes with a bottle which is a plus. Lamb skewer is also ok, wish it had more fats it is very lean. Overall ok place for a casual meal.

These noodles are some of the most authentic Uyghur noodle dishes I?ve had outside of going to the source. The texture, taste, and portions are all excellent; highly recommend asking them to make it spicy/sour per your taste. Chewy noodles, delicious!
