The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. My only issue was that I arrived at 1:30 PM, and the chicken wasn't ready yet, causing several orders to be delayed while waiting for the chicken to be cooked. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Max’s Chicken:
The cash register staff weren't very friendly, and it felt too warm in the restaurant, so we ended up taking our food home instead of dining in. I also asked for two extra sauces, which cost 65 cents each, but at many other places, they don’t charge for sauce. A business won’t last long if they lack generous service, and I can understand why it wasn't very busy.

There are plenty of Spanish restaurants in the Fairfax-Vienna area, so I likely won't be returning. I gave it 3 stars because the chicken was good, with some nice flavor.
**A TOP CONTENDER?** I usually get my chicken fix from Little Peru, but I love giving other places a chance, and Krone and Max’s chicken is definitely worth a try! I arrived half an hour before closing, but the staff welcomed me warmly and was very friendly. I ordered the family special, which included a whole chicken, three sides, and a soda for just $28.99! The food came out quickly after I ordered, and the staff went above and beyond by providing me with plates and utensils. I took my meal to go, but I couldn’t help but feel guilty for sneaking bites while driving because the aroma of the chicken filled my car, making my mouth water. The food was delicious and has definitely made me reconsider my favorite Peruvian chicken spot in the Fairfax area! Conveniently located next to Heat Hookah, I highly recommend that everyone in the area give this local restaurant a try!
Quality was marginal. salat was nothing but the shrunk brown iceberg salad. fries were soggy.
Amazing Peruvian style huh. large proportions of sizes for the price. I would recommend everyone to try this place.
