I absolutely adore this store! The staff even recognize me by name now, which is pretty amusing. All the employees are consistently friendly and helpful. I can always find nearly everything I need for my next baking project. I particularly appreciate the wide selection of cookie cutters and chocolate/candy molds. Plus, it's great that it's not a chain store!

I buy most of my supplies for cake from here. I bought some things recently and they gave me a wrong product. I asked the load by e-mail to search for a solution because it was urgent. it was about an hour drive, so it didn't have a chance to go back, but a dame named debbi immediately reacted and said she'll bring it to me the next day. she delivered it as promised. the load and the staff is great. I recommend buying products from here
