China Star - Fairfax

It was a great experience for me. The fish was delicious with right amount of spices, oil and spiciness. It was not that greasy than most Chinese restaurants I have been to. One day a friend recommended this place to me and he mentioned this place was different than what he tried 5 years ago. Apparent, the original owner sold this restaurant to present owner and I can see many more good reviews adding up as they care about customer service and food quality. Unlike the previous owner who didn’t do a good job on that part.

This is our first time dining in instead of our usual takeout. The food is just wonderful. Our waitress was very helpful in accommodating one of our guest's diet restrictions. This place should be packed with diners.

The whole grilled fish was good. Little muddy smell, but the flavor was great! If they can change clear thin noodles to wide thick noodles, I bet that will be much more delicious.

Very nice with great customer service. Food was good. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken (Lg)LG. I recommend this restaurant.
