Cafe Rio Mexican Grill - Fairfax

The cafe rio is conveniently located at 50, is fast, fresh and comfortable. the prices are reasonable and you can easily afford a meal for five. it is more difficult for us who are a bit vertically challenged to give our order, as there is a huge glass separating the line, the eating and the, the orders. the place is well decorated and I enjoy especially the baskets of fresh veggies, which can be seen from the cash line. the food will be prepared before them when the line goes forward. I always choose for the chicken orthodox soup and the steak quesadilla is always a safe bet.

Absolutely the worst food I've ever had it was a discounting and unhealthy environment and that's probably why it is not doing as well as all the other stores in greenbrier

I work at the giant across the street..come here like 4 times or so and the service is always terrible..I don't know what it is, maybe the manager isn't good with morale or what, but the employees there have no enthusiasm at all. Its just sad and bland atmosphere in there

Food still taste great, but the employees making the food were terrible. Seemed annoyed right when we walked in. They threw our sauce in a bag and it spilled, when I went to get it replaced they didn't apologize or say anything. It was a disappointing trip to one of our favorite restaurants. Hope things get better.

Food was decent and atmosphere was nice.I tried their Tuesday taco deal.There is a charge to add rice and beans so be aware of it.
