I was disappointed that nothing was done for him (didn't even say happy birthday). We had the 7 course tasting menu which was high quality and very good. The bar staff in the hotel were more friendly than in the restaurant.

Salah the manager at Ficus looked v... read more We stayed for 6 nights in aplace that I can only describe as Paradise. We ate 3 times at Le Ficus and once at Le Restaurant. Salah the manager at Ficus looked very well after us, and knew our name , guided us through th emenu which was excellent . We also had the Sunday buffet which was fresh, crisoy and a pleasure to look at. The fish and meat from the BBQ was prepared to perfection. The othe restaurant at Cap Estel is Michelin stared and dinner under Chef Patrick was an experience never to be forgotten. From Amuse Bouche to main course and desert everything presented and prepared to perfection.
