A truly welcoming outdoor dining experience for the times. The menu offers outstanding and off norm sushi creations and a selection of fine dining kitchen entrees for the cooked food set like me
Food and service are consistently excellent here. sushi is fabulous and they can not go wrong with one of the interesting rolls they offer. like the fact that it is a byo, so they can enjoy a beautiful bottle of wine to their eating.
Great team support, attentive to all our needs, eating was prompt and well seasoned. large Japanese and sushi restaurant we want to visit again!
The service was great! and the food quality (sashimi) was excellent.
Bluefin is our way to eat or go. jenny treats her customers like old friends. service is amazing how to eat.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The food and service were excellent, and they were accommodating when we brought our own wine (it's a BYO establishment). I will definitely be returning in the future.
Much better than last time. Food was better tasting and presentation was up to par.
We went for my wife’s birthday. I think I put it on the reservation but nobody acknowledged that fact. We got seated and got our server. He was clearly new and inexperienced. We had to ask about the specials that we could overhear from a table next to us who clearly had a more experienced server. We wanted to try the omakase. We asked about it and said it’s 8 courses. We asked why there were different price levels. He didn’t know and had to ask someone about it. We found out the price was either 6,8 or 10 courses. We chose the 6 course. It clearly says this is not family style. It wasn’t until the third course, that was an egg seafood soup had only one spoon, that someone dropped on our table and promptly left before we could ask why only one spoon. After waiting for our server to return. We found out he put in omakase for one not two. He offered to put I. Another order but we were half way through and didn’t want to start over. All the courses were delicious. He then said there is a bonus course at the end. We also ordered an oyster mushroom roll that was amazing. We tried to order one of the special rolls that day and he didn’t know that it was unavailable . All the courses seemed small. The last bonus course was a huge plate of sushi and sashimi. Which if this was for 1 person is wierd. I’m sure the chef put alot of effort into each course, unfortunately when it got delivered each plate was dropped with no explanation of what we were eating. There didn’t appear to be a manager around to check on us, so we didn’t complain. We tried to pay and leave, however our waiter gave us a pen that leaked ink all over my hands and credit card. Well told someone at the front who gave me a wipe for my hand. Very disappointed overall. We have been there before and the food is delicious ,they just need to a better job training their staff. I understand these days it is hard however we were at another restaurant and their service was excellent.
It took our server over 20 minutes to check in once seated. The restaurant was not busy. Honestly when he finally check in he seemed out of it. He was constantly playing with his hair while serving our food. The food was not great, which was very disappointing, since he have been dining at Blue Fin since it opened. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be returning.
Gave it a 3rd try…VERY DISAPPOINTED again! NEVER GOING BACK! Had a reservation at 5:45. Not busy yet. Guy with very long hair in front of eyes, kept flipping it back as he sat us and opened our wine. Sat for 30+ mins for simple apps. Sat longer for a few sushi rolls. Soy sauce was not on the table and waited at least 10 mins for someone to bring soy sauce so we could finally eat. Food was awful. Rice was dry and old. Fish was dry and tasteless. Will never step foot in there again! Bad Service and horrible food!

The omakase was amazing; each piece of sashimi had a fatty, melty texture and tasted very fresh and flavorful. The servers were very considerate and split food into portions when we wanted to share. Bimbimbap and mochi were also great.
Amazing service, our server Michael was kind and efficient. The Jeni roll is a must have. The presentation was gorgeous as well.
9/10 review. The staff was so friendly and kind. There was a wide selection of food to choose from and what we got tasted very good.
4/25 update: came for my birthday and they made me feel so special! The owner and employees are all so nice! Wow! Amazing experience. Came here to celebrate something special and was debating between going to Morimoto in Philly or try something morelocal. We are glad we did. The service was amazing. They are so attentive, we never had to wonder where our server was. We wenton a busy, crowded night, too and the service was still great. Our server was so kind and friendly. It really made it a greatexperience. Also, we got the eagle view platter with the 8 rolls. T as a great choice since it was our first time here. All therolls were beautiful and fresh. We can’t wait to come back. We never felt rushed either and enjoyed our dinner for about 2hours. Also, their tea is great.
*Indoor Dining Review* Restaurant: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Food: 5/5 Parking: Free parking lot. Restaurant is BYOB Stopped in for a quick bite, was pleasantly surprised. This is definitely one of those hidden gems you would not expect in such remote area, whenon the way all we saw was trees, then all of sudden the newly developed town center appears, with water park and all the newhousing and apartments. Food is amazing but there were minor issues in other categories. -Restaurant- First thing we noticedwhen we walked in was how modern and nice the restaurant looks. Everything's clean, neat and organized, tables are very wellsetup. HOWEVER, the issue we had where we sat, all the way at the back of the dining area, where there's just a little too manytables, because it was so LOUD, we almost had to shout to each other. Next time we would probably pick middle or front seatingareas. We couldn't really take our time to enjoy our dinner unfortunately. -Service- We appreciate the fact that our waiteradvised us he was still in training, it is better that way in my opinion so he can essentially under promise and over deliver.Even though he was new, our service experience was pleasant, check up was frequent but not unwelcome (Not enough to keep us fromhaving conversations) -Food- This is the most surprising part, we did a little research on the restaurant and chef via theirwebsite, and saw who the chef trained with prior to this restaurant. The food did not disappoint, they were simplyAMAZING! What we ordered: -Toro Sashimi Appetizer (A MUST HAVE. It is SO FRESH, it melts in your mouth like half meltedbutter) -BlueFin Roll (Delicious. At any restaurant we go to we typically will order any item with their restaurant name on it,this did not disappoint) -Wellington Roll (Delicious) We will definitely go again, but next time I would probably ask not to beseated at the back of the dining room.
