She noticed that I have a disability and insisted on helping me load my car. She was incredibly friendly.

We had a minor issue with our child, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The café is great, with clean restrooms, spacious parking, and a well-stocked selection of goods.

When I returned a few days later for more, I was... read more However, I did encounter one drawback. I purchased sushi that I was assured contained none of my intolerances. When I returned a few days later for more, I was informed that Waitrose had stopped selling sushi due to allergen concerns several months ago. While I can manage my intolerances, it was disappointing to find out after I had trusted the advice I received from the staff.
