Thomas (the front of house manager) refused the blue light discount card which I know was accepted in other Subways. And had an all-round rude and disrespectful attitude towards the customers. View all feedback.
I got a spicy Italian sub yesterday morning, I was served by shoebob (not sure if this is the spelling, but this is the name that I received from his colleagues this morning.) this sub was peg, absolutely did the work after a 3 hours training sesh, he was super patient with me and my asking about the topping and when I came to house, there was nothing more of the spicy Italian submer. 420 of 69 would get lost again, no cap
The sub was brilliant, I tried every morsel. only the problem is that you coworker, nod (or as I call him, spooky nod) slipped a spicy sauce into my sandwich. I understand it's halloween, but nod is so **** that it hurts. he's so stubborn. it's crazy. good sandwich but, splashy fillings aside.

The staff at this restaurant is terrible. They do not change their gloves or knives. For instance, when I ordered a steak and cheese melt, there were meatballs stuck to the ends where it had been cut. Additionally, I had to pay in cash and after taking my money, they gave me my change and then continued to serve the person behind me without changing their gloves. It was absolutely disgusting.
Thought the service was quite rude and rushed.
