So our server Jack seemed to be dealing with our order, then some other guy who I'm assuming is the manager, but may have just been some jumped-up other member... read more So our server Jack seemed to be dealing with our order, then some other guy who I'm assuming is the manager, but may have just been some jumped-up other member of staff was having an argument with him while he was trying to serve us and ended up taking over the order for no apparent reason Jack made himself useful and cleaned . Honestly, don't know what was going on but Jack seemed great... and if the manager ?? needs to have words with his staff then he needs to do it in private like a professional. Also not sure if it's because it was late in the day but the subs we got were pretty bad, seemed stale and not toasted enough, never had issues before from any other subway.

Used to be good, now the sandwich fillings are pre decided on a board and if you want to do create your own then prepare yourself for the most boring flavours ever and if you have the audacity to want to change anything in the we 'll make your sandwich then be prepared to be charged for a create your own asked for no oinon and more sweetcorn and got attitude Instead. New self service machines meaning staff no longer have to talk to you, attempted to order at the counter and the staff member grunted and pointed at the machine. Prices are horrendous too, would love to know how a footlong sandwich cost £9
