Pre ordered my food, the tracker proceeded in good time and showed the order has delivered, but I didn't receive the food. I tried calling but couldn't get through for a while. Eventually the food arrived 45 mins later. Other than that, good as usual. View all feedback.
The small kebab should be renamed to "tiny size kebab" because it is the smallest kebab I have ever seen.

Fresh and hot with a good service like always
Made quite a large order and there was no sauce on the food, the chicken was rubbery (undercooked imo) and the chips were like cardboard and cold. Phoned up and complained, the guy said we could have discount on next order. Ordered again recently, over the phone explained about last time ... sent the order out again with none of the sauces we requested... and chips cold again taste like cardboard. Won't be ordering online again. Such a shame as it used to be my favourite kebab shop.
