Lovely food but I thought it was quite expensive and portions were not that big. We had 2 Chicken dishes, 2 soups, a plain noodle and rice and prawn crackers. £36. It’s a shame as a it’s so expensive a lot of people won’t be able to afford to get a takeaway in future! I understand food prices etc have increased but not all local Chinese takeaways are this expensive! We will return to our favourite in the town centre which unfortunately was closed tonight.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is top-notch. I placed an order over the phone and got exactly what I asked for. The food was delicious and it was ready on time.
Spent £165 tonight and felt let down by our meal tonight. No free prawn crackers and also dishes missing. I would never use them again and suggest you avoid here too.
This is our preferred Chinese takeaway restaurant. We have been loyal customers for years and never go anywhere else. It is on the more expensive side, so we don't go as frequently, but we never feel our money is wasted. The only drawback is that they don't include free prawn crackers with any purchase. We recently placed a group order totalling over £90 and still didn't receive any. They don't offer delivery service, but it's not necessary as they are always busy.
We 've been using Four Seasons for well over 20 years. They 've always had excellent service and lovely food. But last night I had my usual guilty pleasure sweet sour prawns in batter (or 'prawn balls ' elsewhere . They 've upgraded! really decent sized, whole king prawns in their usual perfect batter. They were the BEST prawns in batter I 've ever had! Thank you, Four Seasons :
