Their tortilla is outstanding, and I highly recommend the Artichoke in White Wine (Alcochofo Frito). It’s also worth taking a chance and asking if they have vegetarian paella available—when it happens, it feels like a lottery win! It’s simply delicious! Make sure to check them out for takeaway during lockdown; their food travels well and makes for a wonderful meal at home. Don’t forget to stop by when things return to normal. Calvo Loco is a gem on Magdalen Road that you won’t want to miss!

I found sitting things really uncomfortable and at the end of the evening complained that my back hurt.
