I ordered coffee the cashier didn't ask me if for anything else as if he doesn't care. no smile. no eye contact seems like a training issue!!

This is a trend I've seen more and more Dunkin' donuts that don't want to clean thebathrooms or any of the other work that comes with having people coming into the store. I'm sorry you're a store, figure it out.I had to drive away and waste $4 on a coffee I can't drink. Thanks a lot

My suggestion if you are not satisfied with Dunkin service McDonald's coffee is from Colombia and it is the best. I stop going tothis Dunkin because I notice a huge change in the original workers personalities after the reconstruction of the building. Ihave one policy I try to follow and that is if I not treated with respect or good service I don't go back.

No... read more Just had a terrible experience at this location. I placed my order which was only a small Butter Pecan Iced Coffee and a small hot Hazelnut light and sweet. No clue how my order was mixed up or incomplete. I stood to the side patiently waiting watchingeveryone else that ordered after me and drivethru drinks coming up. I saw the young man put the 2 drinks on the cup holder Iasked him to confirm the order.. first thing he said was Caramel iced coffee so I said that's not mine. Repeated my order andstill a whole cycle of drinks are coming up not mine. I asked again, this guy said it's a bunch of drinks coming up..I askedwhy do I have to wait for another cycle of drinks to be made to get mine, he said it's not his problem I brought it to hisattention that I heard him he shrugged his shoulders saying he was not talking to me but I was the only one speaking to him. Andalso the hot coffee had been sitting to the side on a wrong order, that's the one I had to take. I didn't even bother to makethem remake it to delay me even further. Definitely disgusted with this experience.
