What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Store was clean, store had holiday decorations, but service was very slow, staff was talking to each other rather than making a eye contact with customer. I ordered coffee the cashier didn't ask me if for anything else as if he doesn't care. no smile. no eye contact seems like a training issue!! View all feedback.
I love this dunkin? You are always friendly, coffee is always good, and donuts always fresh.... if you ever have a problem with your coffee, just tell them to fix it for you.
The resturaunt was clean and beautiful and they were super fast with our orders. I even spilled my drink on the floor and they cleaned him and gave me a new one. Customer service was great, they were so friendly and didn't let me feel bad about the mistake. Total service and experience 10/10.
There are 4 stars because the selection is not always so great. But what's wrong with a dunkin'?
The Dunkin on Grand Ave in Ewing is must stop before we head out to run errands. The mgmt is very nice. Service is always fast and friendly.
Have just stopped by. no free coffee here on national coffee day and skinny vanilla latte no good . Out of boston creme donuts at noon ?!?
