We came in late(1 hour before closing)and the worker there was like he just woke up from a 1 year nap.He was so energetic and happy to talk and make my meal.He made it fast and offered deals they had .they renovated from the old style and they have new footlong sidekicks.(pretzel,churro,cookie)Vegetarian options: They're many vegan options.Parking: Subway is in a middle of a building so it doesn't have direct parking... What SF Z doesn't like about Subway:
This location has managed to mess up my order every time I go there. Maybe it 's my fault that I choose to use the app to order ahead but I dont think I should have to supervise workers just to make sure they get it right. I ask for no oil/vinegar, my sandwich is doused to the point where my entire sandwich is soggy and inedible due to the overpowering vinegar taste. Been to a lot of subways on the island and this is by far the worst one. $18 for a footlong and chicken wasn't warm at all after being toasted. I get the same sandwich at Kalihi location for $12, no reason for it being $6 more. Terrible
We came for a pleasant, healthy meal. Preparers did a nice job preparing our salad and sandwich. However, after we sat down and began to eat, the female employee engaged in loud conversation with customers throughout our meal. The male employees and customers were throwing something at each other. This meal was quite uncomfortable.
Call to order takeout and the girl answered hello.Very unprofessional so I had to ask if I even called Subway.She said yes and I asked if I could order takeout and she happily said yes. Not sure if I was told to hold on, but phone was put down and i could hear her have a full conversation with someone in the background. I waited for someone to resume taking my order, but couldn't wait as I needed to order more than a dozen sandwiches for a company lunch. Lose money...
It was a slow experience due to the number of customers inside but that does not excuse the sandwhich person for ignoring me to finish her friends sandwich, who was behind me, and let her skip the line. Normally I am chill but after having to wait for the person in front of me to order 5 sandwiches, I was ticked off she did that while two other workers were just standing around. Not coming back.
