Pearls Korean Bbq - Ewa Beach

The BBQ beef was overly salty, and the BBQ chicken was quite dry. I was really disappointed with the meal. For such an expensive lunch plate, it felt like a waste. There was also a comedian in the restaurant, and the manager didn’t do anything about it, which was frustrating. I hope he didn’t cause too much trouble. When I left, he asked for a cup of water and then spilled it all over the floor.

The food is fantastic; I could enjoy it daily without getting tired of it. The prices are reasonable as well. My favorite dish is the BBQ beef with vegetables.

I ordered a Mini Kalbi and Mini Meat Jun and was called for my order #188. When I got home, however, I found I received a Mini Meat Jun with the order number 188 and a full Meat Jun with the number 187. I tried to call back, but no one answered. The quality of the food was terrible and definitely not worth the $28 I spent. It's surprising to see other reviews praising Ewa Beach Pearl BBQ when my experiences have never been good. I don't think I'll be returning, as I've never had my issues resolved either!

Probably the worst meat that Jun I?ve had in my life. This place used to be good, but now the chefs don't really care. Can you at least cut the meat junk into pieces?

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! My mom placed an order of $96 today and simply wanted to add a drink to her order. The server, named Mary, was not helpful. She was rude as she was laughing at my mother along with her fellow coworker. Their costumer service needs tweaking. Absolute horrible horrible disrespectful towards costumers! I see other reviews of their costumer service, but has it been addressed at all?
