The staff appear indifferent, and I frequently have to remind them about missing items from my order at the window. I strongly suggest checking out other options, as this Taco Bell’s menu experience is simply not worth it.

I had to leave to pick up my kids, but meanwhile, they kept prioritizing Uber and takeout orders for customers who weren’t even there. The customer service was awful. I spent almost $40 and had to leave without my food because no one was available to discuss a refund. The staff appeared more focused on their phones than on serving customers.

The customer service was very rude, and there was no number to call and file a complaint. I'll be speaking to the manager in person tomorrow, shaking my head! We only ordered a quesadilla, nachos, and a frozen drink, which totaled $14. My boyfriend had to give them an extra $10, but they took even more from that amount. It's so frustrating!
