I am very disappointed with this restaurant. This is the second time I have been here and both times they have overcharged me. The service is terrible and when I asked for a refund, they refused, claiming that they were in the right.

I usually dine at this restaurant, but the way they handle phone calls is very poor. Meal was... read more Not my first visit here, went for my girlfriend's birthday. She is Brazilian and thoroughly enjoyed the authentic food and extremely friendly service. Meal was great, good drinks and dessert. Service is wonderful and fast. It was rather noisy on this particular day as soccer was on all the TV's in the place. The one thing I would mention is that I am not 100% sure they are in tune with Open Table reservations. We arrived and checked in and they have no reservation noted. I told them it was on Open Table and showed them my phone and they seemed to have no idea what it was all about. They repeatedly asked if we had called? Maybe you should check and see if they are really part of this program? Overall great place, great service and great authentic food. Recommend highly !
