The staff here are incredibly kind! When I arrived, I mentioned to one of the workers that my best friend has celiac disease, so it was crucial for the mixer and utensils to be thoroughly cleaned before preparing her drink. I have this matcha with a red bean and a second time because I didn't like it for the first time. Now that I got it again, I can confirm that I don't like their matcha ice blends because after a few sips the drink is watered down. it's really not worth $7. they need to find out the ratio of ingredients on this drink. would not recommend. I think her fruit tea drinks could be better to try next time. next to the drink... View all feedback.

The staff is very attentive, and the drinks are always spot on!
The bubble tea was great, but the service was slow and the music was extremely loud. Overall, I recommend trying the bubble tea here, just be prepared for a bit of a wait.

Taro blended with Oreo and pudding is SUCH a treat! Great location, never a long wait when I go.Prices are great for the size and employees are kind!
I love Sharetea but the un-attentiveness of some of the employees needs to finally be addressed… Here is where some of the items were wrong. A month ago I ordered the Red Bean Matcha with Ice Cream but I didn’t get the ice cream — I should have said something to the staff but I just let it slide because they were quite busy and I felt bad for those young staffs. Now flash forward today, I ordered the Green Apple Yo Yo Smoothie but then realized that was not it (see photo). I have ordered the Green Apple Yo Yo Smoothie before and it should be kind of a green color and the taste should be what it is too.I honestly hope these young employees get re-trained to be more knowledgeable and to be more attentiveness to the orders because this cannot keep happening one mistake after the next within a one month period.Just on a side note: I feel as though things are not the same with the new employees every time; things kind of spiraled down after the Grand Opening. I am sorry to say this, but maybe we need workers who actually know what they are doing.?
