Mcdonald's - Everett

The restaurant was very welcoming, serving basic but tasty McDonald's food. The woman at the counter was incredibly sweet. It was a refreshing change to not have to deal with rude staff. Keep up the great work!

I placed a mobile pick-up order and was told it would be ready in less than 5 minutes. However, when I arrived at the restaurant after 10 minutes, the employee informed me that they had run out and were waiting for a fresh batch. I agreed to wait, but after an additional 5 minutes, I received my fries. To my disappointment, the fries were cold and not crispy. I was confused and wondered why this had happened. I couldn't help but question if I would have been happier if I had gone to McDonald's instead.

Avoid this McDonald's at all costs. It is quite possibly the worst fast food establishment in history. It took us 28 minutes to receive our order of two drinks, and we had to ask twice about the delay. They clearly knew our order was ready but chose to ignore it. I usually give a place multiple chances before leaving a negative review, but this place has consistently disappointed me every time I have visited this year. I will never return to this location as they seem to have a knack for wasting customers' time. This restaurant should be shut down.

Mcdonald’s is really on the hill. eating is cold and I go through the drive thru. I think they could lower their prices to lower the local people there for a lifetime because they can afford to lower prices. I think they went backwards, so I'm not going there anymore.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Waited over 15 minutes for a 5-minute meal. They messed up my order as well and didn't give me half of it.
