No matter what I order, I'm always directed to park and retrieve my food myself, even when there’s hardly any line. There were just two cars behind me, but I still had to park. The last time I ordered chicken, and this time I ordered hotcakes. It’s ridiculous. I've had to park for four consecutive visits. I've now been parked for five minutes writing this review, and last time I waited seven minutes before giving up and leaving without my food or a refund. I spent $25!

I explained that I had cash, but the kiosks don't accept it. It took an eternity to receive our food.
