The place is very nice. Walked thru lobby and hotel and casino. I was there for a party on the south lawn which also was very nice. Food served at party was warm at best and so-so. But the place as a whole is very well set from the moment you enter the garage to the casino and restaurants. As the old saying goes only go if you can afford it as I saw the food menus and WOW.Beautiful, nice, clean, expensive(food and dr... View all feedback.
What Gail Ferrante doesn't like about Encore Boston Harbor:
Never got to checkin computers were down for hours. No chairs or couches to sit in Hotel Lobby??? Only lounge opened was in the middle of the casino serving drinks in plastic cups. The restaurant was not opened either. So all these people just STOOD around the carousel waiting. The hotel offered us a 4oz bottled water. I have never experienced anything like this.Don't waste your time or money. Plenty of other hotels... View all feedback.
The hotel is truly exquisite, boasting elegant rooms, stunning views, a delightful casino, and exceptional dining options. However, it is worth noting that there are limited seating options both inside and outside the hotel. The outdoor seating area lacks adequate coverage, leaving guests vulnerable to rain showers. Despite this minor setback, the hotel remains an absolute must for anyone seeking an unforgettable experience in Boston Harbor.
Beautiful, clean rooms with all the extra amenities you could ask for and some you wouldn 't think to ask for! Staff was friendly and accommodating everywhere we went. Conference rooms were comfortable and easy to navigate. Restrooms were abundant and always clean. Food was delicious at the restaurants and at the conference. And the hospitality extras were well thought out and executed. Everything felt open, spacious, clean, and bright.Rooms: The rooms were spacious. My room closet had an umbrella, shoe horn, and a lint roller! The bathroom had a drawer with all the things you would normally have to have to call the front desk for. (Toothbrush and paste, shoe polish, sewing kit, and stain remover just to name a few)There was a Nespresso machine in the room! And, Alexa.Nearby activities: We took a water taxi from the hotel to dinner. So cool!Noteworthy details: Staff was amazing. We arrived after midnight due to travel delays and everyone was awake, happy, polite, and nice. We were offered fresh cold water bottles at registration. All the little touches throughout the hotel were top notch.
I visited when I was there to embark on a cruise. The casino was laid out well. I liked that the high limit pit was upstairs (even though I am not a high pit person). I felt that those players probably appreciate that.My only dislike is that all the Spanish 21 tables were $50-$100 minimum bet. It would be nice if they would consider having two tables in the lower limit pit.Safety: The casino seemed to be in a safe neighborhood for a woman traveling alone.
*In my future voice* Sensational! Night views are ?! Room is so spacious! Bathroom is amazing it has a bath tub and shower!!Service is top notch! They messed up my pancakes but gave me a new one no questions asked! Similarly, are Rare Steakhouse, they gave us the pineapple cake (horrible) and changed it for chocolate cake and Strawberry and crème! It was bussing like when you squeeze a carton of juice.I do not gamble but I did visit the casino! More slot machines that a curb crawlers! There was something for you to stick your dollars in ???!Overall, Encore is expensive. Let me repeat encore is expensive, very expensive. However, good things aren’t cheap! This was money well spent! I really enjoy myself! Defo recommend
