My order was not right the first time and was quickly fixed. Atmosphere is as any large chain restaurant would be.

Our food was good, but not awesome. My husbands steak was so so o rare, he asked for medium, that we actually had to send it back. But all was corrected and very good. I have always loved their rolls and chicken tenders. Justok. But our waited was excellent!

Took about 10 minutes to return with drinks, then another 2 or 3 to get our alcoholic drink. Food was just ok. Chicken tenders were dry. This was my first time ever at O'charleys, our waitress was Alida, she was sweet, I think she was new cuz she didn't seem to know what to say, which was ok but,... read more This was my first time ever at O'charleys, our waitress was Alida, she was sweet, I think she was new cuz she didn't seem to know what to say, which was ok but, when our food came, both my kids and my order was wrong, my husbands was the only onecorrect, my son asked for applesauce he was given broccoli, my daughter asked for the kids Mac and cheese bowl with chickentenders, she got Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes, I got the honey drizzled chicken with broccoli and loaded Mac n cheese Igot loaded potatoes instead, I had to send the waitress, back for applesauce, the tenders that were supposed to be with mydaughters meal, my ranch for my chicken twice cuz she forgot it, by the time I realize I didn't get Mac n cheese like I hadordered I was like screw it I'm not sending her back there again, I just wanna eat at this point and so does my family. Thewaitress said she put our orders in correctly that it was the kitchens fault, idk if that's true or not don't care, the food wasdelicious just would've liked to have gotten what we ordered the first time instead of waiting 15 extra minutes for our actualfood. I'll go back but If this happens again I won't be so nice
