Miller's Catering Barbecue Weddings

Miller's has the best BBQ in town. Not only are their regular entree items such as pulled pork, brisket, smoked kielbasa, and smoked chicken some of the best BBQ meats one can find...they also have the best sides. So many BBQ places in town do well with their BBQ/smoked meats but lack quality with their sides. Miller's put extreme care into both their meats and sides. Miller's Mac is a must-have every time. No one comes close to matching it. They also have their own sauce and sell it right off their BBQ trailer. If a customer is feeding more than one person, small family packs are the way to go. The crew members are always nice and accommodating, too. Overall, their food is highly recommended. 5/5

Meant to take a photo of the whole thing but as soon as I tried the slaw I just couldn’t stop! I went there for their brisket today but unfortunately they were out. I got a pulled pork meal instead but OMG, it’s flavorful and even the sides are like the best in town! EVER! Most importantly, they can’t be more friendly and nice to their customers. If you thought you’ve had good BBQ and haven’t tried this place, they’ll definitely change your opinion!

My family hired Miller’s to cater our 4th of July party. The transaction of ordering and picking up was easy and quick. The food was delicious and everyone attending wanted the details! Our only regret is ordering 6lbs of pulled pork instead of 10lbs! Miller’s will be a staple for our future parties!

The brisket was Amazing and I try a lot of it at Restaurants. I tried the creamy potato salad and the coleslaw the meal was a perfect size I did not get over full but it was perfect! I heard that the mac cheese is their specialty so I will be trying that next time 5/5 stars for sure! This was the food truck North Green River Rd., Evansville, IN location

Literally the best BBQ in the TriState area. I’m a DJ, so you can imagine I do a LOT OF WEDDING PARTY’S. I’ve also eaten my far share of BBQ at these events. Miller’s is hands better on smoked meat than it’s competitors in the area. Yes this includes: Reed Street, Bandanna, Wolf’s, Mission, Mark’s or any other BBQ Cater in the area! By the way the food taste, you can tell their Pit Master cares about the finish product. 5/5Stars!
