I normally do not leave terrible reviews but I do not want anyone else to deal with what we did.The staff person was very unprofessional. They only had one person working. The fryers were not even turned on for food.The lanes need to be redone really bad. They are uneven and constantly need to be fixed. I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience to spare others from the same situation. The staff member was quite unprofessional, and there was only one person working during our visit. Additionally, the fryers weren’t even turned on for cooking food. The lanes were in dire need of repairs, as they were uneven and frequently required fixing. Moreover, the staff member had some friends come in and sit around, one of whom was notably rude. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
When we ordered cheeseburgers, we were instead served a slice of meatloaf on a cold bun, which we had to send back to be microwaved. To top it off, we received rude attitudes from the staff when we questioned the $178 bill. If you're going to charge such a hefty amount for a small group to bowl for a short time, at least ensure that your equipment is functioning properly and that the food is edible. Additionally, when someone asks for no onions, it's unacceptable to instead serve them a meatloaf filled with them, especially considering that people can have allergies. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating.
