The call ended with her setting the phone down and instructing someone else in the store to assist me, during which I could hear her speaking negatively about m... read more The call ended with her setting the phone down and instructing someone else in the store to assist me, during which I could hear her speaking negatively about me and likely other customers as well. As someone who works in customer service, I completely understand that things can be frustrating. However, it's not acceptable to have a bad attitude and walk away when someone is just trying to clarify their order. It would have been more professional to put me on hold while finding another team member who could help. On another note, the delivery driver had my food loose in his trunk, which is definitely worth mentioning and will be a separate complaint.
