Little Caesars Pizza - Evans
Little Caesars Pizza
Description
At this restaurant, experiences vary widely. While some customers appreciate the friendly service and quick food delivery, others report significant issues, such as incorrect orders, poorly assembled pizzas, and excessive wait times despite a bustling kitchen. Quality concerns are highlighted, with several patrons noting uncut pizzas and toppings ending up in the boxes rather than on the pies. Though some diners express satisfaction with the resolution of mistakes, including generous compensations on return visits, the overall sentiment leans toward disappointment. For those seeking a reliable pizza fix, it may be wise to look elsewhere.

The restaurant is in really poor condition. It needs a thorough cleaning. The staff nearly offered me my order for free, and honestly, I wish I had taken it because the food was awful. I won't be returning; I'll take my time and go to Milliken instead, as it's the cleanest place around.
The wait time is consistently excessively long. There seems to be either a lack of staff or staff that are not attentive. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. You can find better quality pizza for the same price at other places.
I ordered four pizzas and went to pick them up. When I got home to eat them, I found that they were doughy and raw on the bottom. I tried calling the restaurant, but there was no answer, so I ended up throwing the pizzas away. Later in the day, I went back to the store to speak with the manager about the issue, but she was rude and refused to take any responsibility. This is the worst location in Greeley.
I understand that orders are taken before walk ins but as a walk in I waited for 20 minutes and still was not helped. The customer service needs a lot of work at this location. Very frustrating.
