I just wanted a short snack. I think it was almost lunchtime. The older lady in the first window made me feel like I could be her big daughter and that was perfect with me. She was super sweet. The second window was also very friendly. I feel like they've got so much better customer service in the last two years. It was also quite fast service. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Complete and utter incompetence! It took 30 minutes just to receive a basic order of 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. To make matters worse, the fries and burgers were not fresh or hot. Terrible service and food quality! View all feedback.
Faster service! in and out of the drive-thru with a decent line in approx. 7 minutes. eating was in order, it is mcdonald’s.
It's meh. It's McDonald's what can you expect. Good food, good prices and depending on the day hot fresh and ready.
McDonald's has senior coffee for .65 cents in grovetown. I don't think I will return to that one. I guess because it's in that fancy, high priced neighborhood.
We have been coming to this McDonalds for 5 years. We picked up some food today and was totally disappointed. My husband had to go inside because the drive thru was crazy. The Big Macs and the fries were cold. It was horrible.They need to train the worker.
McDonald's is gross! They also always get my order wrong! I get so upset there. The only good thing about it is the fries.
