When you keep people waiting for 10 minutes for coffee and then don't put the lid on the properly and procede to have it burn me while you watch and then have the nerve to charge? Better customer skills needed big time View all feedback.

My mom liked her espresso, but my hot chocolate was horrible. It tasted like a single package of hot chocolate powder in watered down coffee.
I have had two of the rudest baristas at this shop. Yesterday the girl was so rude when I tried to order my coffee I told her never mind and just left. I don't want to pay someone 5$ tip for them to be so rude. I won't be back!
I love this coffee shop! I've tried a couple others in the area and this one has the best lattes, in my opinion. I drink caramel macchiatos, flavored lattes, and flavored frappes, and the Daily Grind prepares them all perfectly! Also, my son enjoys the smoothies and breakfast sandwiches, and my daughter likes the spiced chai. I definitely recommend this quick, convenient drive through!
