Enjoyed learning about Eureka, the restaurant is like a little history museum, with the photos and memorabilia. The $6 breakfast plate is a real bargain. I enjoyed the excellent Reuben sandwich, with homemade corned beef, one of the best I've had in a long time. The shakes and sodas were a hit too (I admit I had a huckleberry Italian soda...again, we were tourists). A good place to stop and relax.

When food arrived it was warm not hot...prob sitting waiting for waitress to bring out..for a local mom n pop resturant I expected better. As far as foods gravy for biscuits nice smoky taste..but cool temp But everyone had issues with foods being cold.

Sure, you can't please everyone, but I've found their s... read more I've been twice now and can genuinely say, this place has it together even in the busiest circumstances. Sure, you can't please everyone, but I've found their service to be worthwhile. Definitely recommend. I haven't tried everything obviously, but for what it's worth, they've got great American style burgers and milkshakes. The staff are pleasant to be around and although they have to serve a lot of people, you can tell there's a level of care and perseverance. Genuinely had a great experience each time, no complaints. Hopefully, I'll bring someone with me in the future.
