According to their own staff,, Management/Owner doesn't care enough to discipline/replace staff who call in, leaving the remaining 2 staff to try and do everything. I ordered online and 30 minutes later they hadn't even started it. Waited another 20 while they helped other customers in front of me. Staff is slow and exasperated. Send a message to these owner/franchisees; get your act together and care about your business/customers or expect Home Office to come visit you. Ill never visit this location again. You shouldn't either unless you want to wait an hour for your food.
