Melvin Brewing started in 2009 in the back of a Thai restaurant, with owner Jeremy Tofte bringing innovative beers to Jackson, WY. What began as a small brew system has now evolved into a successful brewery with award-winning beers like the original Melvin IPA, 2x4 Double IPA, and Ch-Ch-Ch-Cherry Bomb. Pair these beers with Asian street food, kung fu movies, and old school hip hop at our location. After winning awards and expanding, Melvin Brewing is now ready to share its exceptional beers globally through our lifted border patrol Melvin bus.
