However, this past weekend was a bit frustrating—the drive-thru was down, and cars were lined up for over 20 minutes before anyone came out to address the situation. I’m not sure why they couldn’t put up a sign to let people know. Normally, the service is excellent, although it seems like they’re operating at a reduced capacity due to COVID. I also miss the employee with the southern accent; she was always very kind.

However, I'm real... read more I just had a fantastic experience! The last time I visited, the fries were soggy and the brisket was tough, so I was unsure about coming back. However, I'm really glad I did. The woman at the drive-thru, who had nose piercings and a friendly demeanor, was incredibly helpful and got my food to me quickly. The brisket sandwich was excellent this time, and I’ll definitely be returning!
