I just had a fantastic experience! The last time I visited, the fries were soggy and the brisket was tough, so I was unsure about coming back. However, I'm really glad I did. The woman at the drive-thru, who had nose piercings and a friendly demeanor, was incredibly helpful and got my food to me quickly. The brisket sandwich was excellent this time, and I’ll definitely be returning!

If I could give Arby's zero stars, I would. The woman at the drive-through today was extremely rude and disrespectful. I won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend others avoid it as well. There’s no reason to treat customers so poorly. She was short-tempered and completely lacked basic courtesy. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager, but nobody answered. Please don’t go to this Arby’s—check out the menu at Culver’s or Hardee’s in Pacific instead; their service is far superior. After leaving Arby's, I visited Hardee’s in Pacific, and their staff were exceptionally polite. The owner of this Arby’s should visit Hardee’s or Culver’s to learn about proper customer service and then teach those lessons to their own team. With over 25 years of experience in the service industry and leadership roles, I can say for certain that any employee behaving like this would be fired immediately. I’ve read the reviews, and the owner’s only response seems to be “I’m sorry to hear about this.” It’s no surprise their rating is 3.9—it really deserves a 1.0.

Wow, I’ve never been treated so rudely by an older male employee at the drive-thru. I couldn’t hear him over the highway noise and politely said, “I’m sorry, but I can’t hear you.” He then yelled harshly through the speaker, “Just pull around!” I definitely heard that. When I reached the window, I noticed he was yelling at the car behind me too. When he took my debit card, I tried to explain that the highway noise made it hard to hear him, but he just gave me a blank stare and didn’t respond. When my food was ready, it was practically thrown out the window without a single thank you. I love Arby’s, but not after this experience.

This is the most disappointing fast food I’ve ever tried. I find it lacking in flavor, although I do commend the restaurant for being clean and well-maintained.
