This was my second visit since opening, and I had really enjoyed my first experience. Today, however, they weren't busy at all, which makes it hard to understand why the food was so excessively salty that I couldn't eat it. I ordered takeout after a long day, and if I had eaten it there, I would have returned the entire meal. Unfortunately, I couldn't even consider going back for a refund. I really hope they can tone down the salt and take the time to cook the food properly. I've been a fan of KFC for many years, and I'd be happy to give them another chance. On a positive note, the service was excellent, and the bathrooms and dining area were very clean. Until they improve their food, I can only recommend saving your money and perhaps trying their desserts, which I haven't tasted yet. Hopefully, they’ll be better than the rest of the menu. As for logistics, there’s plenty of parking available, they offer high chairs and kids’ meals, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
I walked in and stood in line, but a co-worker was just standing there, seemingly unaware of my presence while glued to his phone and laughing. That's a definite 0 stars for me. Not only did he take a long time, but he also never took my order. When I asked another employee who was on break how much fries cost, he completely ignored me. Frustrated, I left and went to Jack in the Box instead. Overall, I would rate this experience as 0 stars.
