However, I felt unwell afterward, and I have a suspicion that the lettuce might have been the cause. I experienced a similar issue at a different restaurant in the same area just a week ago.

I ordered a cold cut trio on Italian Herb cheese, and all the veggies were fresh. She prepared the sandwich with great attention, which is hard to come by these days. Once it was ready, she showed it to me and asked if everything was to my liking before folding and wrapping it up. This is definitely the best Subway in Eugene, if not all of Oregon. Great job! P.S. The sandwich was as fresh as it looked and tasted delicious!
