I wanted to give a shoutout to the male employee who was working alone tonight (4/18/19). I believe his name was Aaron, but I could be mistaken. When I entered the store, he had several people in line. Throughout my whole experience, he was very polite. He was respectful and friendly while making each customer's sandwich. Even though I was the last customer in the long rush, he remained cheerful and eager to help. I have visited this store multiple times since it's close to my home, and he is often working there. I highly recommend this store and have never had a bad experience. This guy deserves a raise for his exceptional work!
This place used to be pretty chill to eat at after the change in ownership. However, this place has an employee who constantly makes inappropriate jokes, racist stereotypes and assumptions, is incredibly rude to customers at the end of the day and blames working too long as for why, and loudly listens to obnoxious podcasts that I can't in good faith recommend this place. It's disappointing that an otherwise great experience can be deminished by such an uncomfortable individual.
