Marche blends campus charm and café polish: spacious seating, outdoor tables, and a small kitchen produce excellent coffee, tempting pastries and upscale soups in a classy, hidden‑gem atmosphere. Service can be slow, prices are on the high side, and occasional quality lapses (cold quiche, stale bread, lukewarm coffee, billing errors) and a cramped waiting area have been reported. Friendly staff and varied seating make it a worthwhile stop for students and museum visitors.
Marche is a large cafe with lots of tablespace, adjacent to the Schnitzer Museum. It has really expensive, fancy, soups/foods/coffee. A large mocha is $6 (20 oz? . The staff has always been nice to me. There are tables outside for when theweather is good. Four stars because service is slow, and the line/waiting area is _cramped_.
Best coffee on campus! Delicious pastries, friendly staff and plenty of seating options. A bit pricey but a better value than Starbucks. Would benefit from some natural light inside. Definitely recommend!
Very good coffee is served here. My friends who got paper straws for some reason with their coffee's were vexed when the straws disintegrated in their coffee. Change is hard for some people. You don't need straws to drink coffee.
Very good light food and drinks. Closes at four p.m.
