I went there intending to purchase a 12 oz bag of Ethiopian coffee, just as I had a month ago, and was informed by them that Ethiopian comes only in 5 oz and 50... read more I went there intending to purchase a 12 oz bag of Ethiopian coffee, just as I had a month ago, and was informed by them that Ethiopian comes only in 5 oz and 50 oz measures, not even 12 oz. Bottom line is that the employees were too lazy to measure out a 12 oz bag. This is awful customer service. No excuses. I will not return or purchase anything else there. The food is absolutely delicious, and the iced dirty chai I had is definitely among the best I’ve ever tasted. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and I make sure to stop by at least twice a week. The service is excellent, with all the staff being very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this spot!

It had been a few years since my last visit, so I'm unable to compare it to any recent experiences. Although the place was busy, we waited around 55 minutes for our food. When we inquired after 45 minutes, we were informed that the kitchen was delayed and short-staffed, which seems to be a widespread issue these days. Despite the presence of plenty of front-of-house staff, we weren’t offered any complimentary items while we waited for our cold and incorrect meals. After voicing our concerns, we received free drink coupons and a promise of a refund for our meal. However, the server appeared annoyed and insincere, which made the whole experience feel even worse. The long wait for subpar food, combined with the chaotic environment where staff were constantly shouting drink orders, added to the stress of the situation. Although most reviews of this restaurant are positive, it seems we unfortunately chose to visit during a tough time.

They use a Mazzer grinder and a La Marzocco espresso machine, offering a selection of single-origin coffee beans as well as their house blend. The Americano was prepared with the right balance. Highly recommended!
