I really enjoy the hibiscus tea with popping boba; it's fantastic! The service is quick, and the kiosk is a nice touch. While it can get a bit crowded on busy days, the staff does an excellent job of managing the flow.

I just stumbled upon something unexpected today. I requested no ice in my drink, and they actually charged me an extra $0.25?! What is going on? Can anyone else relate to this?
