The pizza is great! The employees gave amazing customer service and discounts for being cool! The location is awesome and there’s tons of seating!
It took forever for the guy to take our order. We ordered two slices. I ordered the classic white. It was so dry I couldn't swallow it. There was very little cheese on the slice. My husband ordered the pepperoni. It was good but I personally will nevee eat there again and I live only two blocks away. I have also picked up driving delivery and they are always rude. I will no longer take orders from there.
Incredible pizza. Ordered the bartolotti and the friendly street WELL DONE* Perfectly crispy, airy crust, and the ingredients are quality. Different pizza style than The Wheel, but tied for taste and quality. ????
As a delivery driver picking up here, my experience is abysmal. The staff is often rude to drivers just doing their jobs, doesn 't start orders, won 't tell when orders are expected to be ready, cancels orders or just refuses to make them. I don 't think they have the capacity to keep up with massive delivery demand or of a little truck sized kitchen. Why do business with grubhub if your staff is so resentful toward drivers? We may not be your customers at the time of attempting to pick up orders but we are community members getting a bad impression of your business. As a former customer, the pizza is generally good but it 's cramped into a strange cluster of pop-ups with other food trucks and often crowded and claustrophobia inducing. I can find good pizza from more welcoming competitors. [This review applies specifically to the ironically located friendly street location, and is a common sentiment among other drivers I 've spoken to, which surely affects your delivery customer experience as well]
This local pizza restaurant, nestled among a cluster of food trucks, boasts delicious offerings, particularly its renowned Stromboli and well-crafted pies. However, customer experiences vary significantly. Many express frustration over the slow service and unwelcoming staff, especially towards delivery drivers, which detracts from the overall atmosphere. While some patrons rave about the food quality and generous portions, others have faced issues with their orders, including incorrect items and lackluster service. Despite its potential, many feel there are more inviting and reliable pizza options nearby.

The service was quite slow; it took a long time for the waiter to take our order. We got two slices: I ordered the classic white, which turned out to be too dry and lacked cheese, while my husband had the pepperoni, which he enjoyed. Even though we live just two blocks away, I won't be going back because the delivery drivers have consistently been rude. I've decided not to order from this restaurant anymore.
The pizza at this restaurant is fantastic! I tried the Bartolotti and the Friendly Street, both prepared well-done. The crust was wonderfully crispy and light, and the ingredient quality was excellent. Although this style of pizza differs from The Wheel, it matches up in terms of flavor and quality. I highly recommend it!
My experience as a delivery driver picking up orders from this restaurant has been extremely disappointing. The staff is often rude to drivers who are simply trying to do their jobs. They frequently fail to start orders on time, don’t provide updates on when orders will be ready, cancel orders, or sometimes refuse to prepare them altogether. It seems they are ill-equipped to handle the high demand for delivery or manage a small kitchen effectively. It's puzzling why they would partner with Grubhub if they have such a negative attitude toward drivers. While I have enjoyed their pizza in the past, the cramped and chaotic environment with other food trucks can be overwhelming. There are other pizza places that offer a better experience. This review specifically pertains to the Friendly Street location and echoes the sentiments of fellow drivers I've spoken with, which can negatively affect the overall delivery experience for customers.
I visited Bartolotti's and decided to order two large pizzas, which were priced at $30 each—a bit pricey, in my opinion. However, I have to say, these are the best pizzas I've ever tasted. I was welcomed by a young man, I believe his name was Rocky. The ambiance was cozy, and my food was prepared quickly. Rocky was very understanding about my concerns regarding the pizza prices and generously offered me a complimentary soda.
I have never been let down at Bartolotti's! My son enjoys grabbing a slice, and we appreciate that it's situated in a fantastic food truck park, complete with other food options and a beer truck. Their Stromboli is a generous size and packed with delicious ingredients. It’s a great pizza spot if you’re in the Friendly area!

I waited 30 minutes for 2 slices that I paid $5.50 for. I was waiting so long, I asked the guy if my order was ready and asked for a time estimate and he said “when it’s done.” Get good dude, pizza was mid and attitude was garbage. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Went and picked up for the first time food was on time but the pie was way below what we expected for the hype and price. Barely any sauce or toppings mostly a lot of chewy crusty leftover. Ate two slices and gave up. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
Ordered from Door Dash EMU location. The pizza arrived late, cold, and burnt to a black crisp. only refunded $5. Food: 1 Service: 1
