On January 6th my girlfriend and I ordered Abbys for the first time and the last. Ordered online and had to call to make a size adjustment a difference of $5. During which Greg says we have to pay in cash. We said fine as long as he canceled the charge on the card. But the manager Greg, doesn 't know math or how to operate the registers? So instead of modifying the order or just charging the difference or canceling the charge on the card. This mental wizard trys to charge the whole order again. But the account didn 't have that much in it so he just charges as much as he can. $23.96 to be exact. Pizza shows up 20 minutes later. Driver was rad. When we tried to pay her the cash she says the order was already paid for. We tell her that Greg said we have to pay cash and she just handed me the receipt that showed the charge had gone through. Glad she was honest because otherwise I would be out over double on this experience. We gave her an extra $5 for being honest and so polite. So I call Greg again and ask what is going on. This was all too much hassle and confusion. Plus the $23.96 charge was already on my account. Greg says that he tried to cancel the order and re-charge the order but there wasn 't enough on there. I ask why he tried to do that when we agreed to pay cash? He says because he forgot to tell the driver that we we paying in cash. He then says he 's sorry for the hassle and that he canceled both charges. I tell him he didn 't have to do that. He says it 's already done and the money should be back in my account in a couple of days. 6 days later no money returned. I don 't care about the $57.60 for the pizza and tip. But that pizza was not worth over $80. So I call again and I get Susan or Suzy, another alleged manager. I fill her in on the situation and after all that she says I have to call and talk to Greg (the guy who stole my money) because she has no idea what he did or how to fix it. I ask her to have him call me when he works again. She takes my number and says she will. Now it 's been a month and no money returned and no returned calls. So I am posting this as a warning to all! Incompetent or malicious people work here. It will cost you! On a side note: Pizza was good and the delivery driver was quick and nice.

The ambiance is... read more Great pizza and Italian food options. My favorite pizza is their sausage pizza which is made with Italian sausage. Pizza has a fantastic crust. The ambiance is great. A lot of seating. People of all ages. In fact I saw a family with four generations there. Service is great. A must have clean bathrooms. If the bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is clean.

Fo... read more Been really off the last few times I have been there. The pizza and staff used to be top notch but recently the quality of both have been far less than good. For such an expensive pizza (which for a splurge night I used to be happy to pay) I at leastexpect to get the right order. I'm finding that little ceasers is becoming my go to pizza night place and I dont feel guilty aspending the $10.
