This Dunkin' location genuinely cares about its customers. The food is consistently hot and fresh, and the coffee is perfectly balanced! Although English isn't the primary language of some staff members, they have a strong understanding of donuts and excellent customer service. The line may often be busy, but they manage to serve everyone in a reasonable time—around 80 seconds, give or take! I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves coffee or is a donut enthusiast!

I visit this Dunkin' Donuts every day, and as soon as they recognize my voice, they know my order. It's always prepared quickly, and the staff are all very professional and friendly.

The restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere, but the checkout process can be quite confusing when you first enter. Overall, it's not a bad experience for a quick stop.

I was shortchanged and didn't realize it until after I left the drive-thru. It's my fault for not paying closer attention, but the employee should have done better as well. Rating: 1/5 for service.

I went through the drive-thru and had a disappointing experience. The staff was quite rude and their responses were sassy for no reason. I really have no intention of returning to this location. They need to improve their customer service.
